


RUAHA, TANZANIA
The name of the park, Ruaha, is derived from the Great Ruaha Rive and is believed to have a higher concentration of elephants than any National Park in East Africa. It is also a place where magnificent lions, leopards and cheetah can be spotted. The park is also a habitat for the endangered African wild dogs, and is home to the 3rd highest population in all of Africa.
